Project Permissions

Team Members Can Create Projects

Project creation is no longer restricted to team owners.

What's New:

• Member Access: Team members with the member role can now create new projects from the Projects page
• External Collaborators: External collaborators still cannot create projects; they remain limited to explicitly assigned projects
• Consistent Checks: The Create Project form and the server action both use the team membership role, so the UI and the permission check stay in sync
