    Dashboard Overview

    Team Dashboard

    A brand new dashboard overview page gives you a comprehensive snapshot of all project activity at a glance.

    What's New:

    • KPI Cards: See active projects, task counts, and milestone progress at the top of your dashboard
    • Task Progress Chart: Visual breakdown of tasks (to do, in progress, done) across all your projects
    • My Tasks: Quickly see up to 8 open tasks assigned to you with priority and due date indicators
    • Upcoming Milestones: Track pending and in-progress milestones across all projects
    • : See the latest team activity with user avatars and timestamps
    Recent Activity Feed

    Collapsible Sidebar

    The dashboard sidebar has been redesigned with a fixed layout and collapsible behavior.

    What's New:

    • Fixed Sidebar: The sidebar now stays fixed to the left edge of the window as you scroll
    • Collapse/Expand: Click the chevron toggle at the bottom to collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode
    • Persistent State: Your sidebar preference is remembered across page loads
    • Tooltip Navigation: When collapsed, hover over icons to see the navigation label

    Projects Moved

    The projects list is now accessible at /dashboard/projects via the "Projects" link in the sidebar.
